Is our society "inclusive / integrated" ? ........Think....are we inclusive or integrated beings? Which is more natural and goes with the flow?

We have heard and seen many integrated schools which are functional in Bangalore, but have we heard about Inclusive schooling???......Now , what is the difference between integrated schooling and inclusive schooling? Alternate schooling?

Now ,"alternate schooling" has it basic foundation in the concept of - INDIVIDUAL DIFFERENCES- Do we have individual differences? are our learning styles different? the capicity to take in what we learn? assimilation of thus learnt cognitive material? Alternate schools perfectly caters to individual differences.
